A clever reformation and two storey addition has transformed what was a plain 50's house into a modern contemporary home. This cleverly designed home incorporates stone, natural timber, customised tiling and innovative use of moveable screens to create a very personalised and bold result.

The new design acknowledges its 50's heritage with a modern twist. The front facade, with its stacked stone columns and rendered forms contrast with the horizontal lines. A cantilevered fascia incorporating glass and timber shade battens add to the lineal lines and help tie this home to its past era.
